DailyPost AI ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your personal data, privacy, and facial biometric integrity. This Privacy Policy discloses how your information, photos, and AI generations are collected, processed, and safeguarded under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Google Play Developer Policies.
1. Data We Collect
To provide personalized generative portrait services, we collect:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, or Google OAuth account identifiers.
- User-Uploaded Photos: Selfies and reference photos you upload exclusively for training and calibrating your personal digital twin avatar.
- Generated Visual Outputs: AI-synthesized portraits, daily drops, and customizable video renders saved to your private vault.
- Device & Telemetry Data: Platform OS (Android/iOS), app version, and IP address for security rate-limiting and anti-abuse verification.
2. How Photos & Facial Data Are Processed
We treat face imagery with the highest level of care:
- Purpose Limitation: Uploaded facial reference images are used solely to calibrate your private avatar persona. We never sell, rent, or trade your facial images to third parties.
- No Public Sharing: Your digital twin models, uploaded selfies, and generated vault images are private to your authenticated account.
- Strict Anti-Deepfake Policy: You may only upload photographs of yourself. Uploading likenesses of others without express consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted infrastructure partners bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements:
- AI Synthesis: Secure GPU inference partners for neural image rendering.
- Database & Storage: Encrypted cloud storage for account data and user vault assets.
- In-App Purchases: Google Play Billing and RevenueCat for secure subscription processing. We never store credit card numbers.
4. Data Retention & Permanent Deletion (GDPR Art. 17)
You have full autonomy over your data:
- In-App Deletion: You can delete any generated photo from your vault at any time, which immediately deletes the file from our physical servers.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app (Settings → Delete Account) or online at /delete-account.
- Upon deletion, all database records (account, avatars, history, sessions) and all uploaded/generated image files on disk are permanently erased.
5. Age Gate & Children's Privacy
DailyPost AI is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal or facial data from children under 18.
